Thanks to the participation of 850 people in the "Forges rose" walk/run, held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, the municipality was able to collect this significant sum. The event, organized by the municipality, also benefited from the valuable assistance of volunteers and associations, particularly Ouest Essonne Athlétisme for the course marking and supervision.
Organizers are already looking forward to next year's event on Sunday, October 3, 2027, hoping for even greater participation.
For those who wish to keep a souvenir of this day, photographer Mathieu Lussiana captured the event. His photos are available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the League Against Cancer.
