Formerly an engineer in large corporations, Ndeye Thiam felt the need to place people at the center of her work. She consequently created her own company, AXIOSYS, in 2025 in Gif-sur-Yvette. The company assists professionals and local authorities with their electronic security projects, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and video intercom systems, as well as their network needs, such as fiber optic connections or complete deployments.
For local authorities, AXIOSYS manages the entire process, from project definition to user training. For private companies and major integrators, the company primarily acts as a subcontractor. Ndeye Thiam emphasizes the importance of building a network and stepping out of one's comfort zone, particularly in sales, where she benefited from the Boost Entrepreneur program by the CCI Essonne. This support helped her acquire prospecting methods and tools, better define her clients, and structure her offerings.
Nearly a year after its launch, AXIOSYS already has private clients, one local authority, and has expanded by hiring a technician. For 2027, the CEO aims to create two additional teams and win a public contract.
