The Town Hall of Lisses is promoting participation in the No Smoking Month, launching its 11th edition in November. This collective challenge aims to help smokers quit cigarettes for 30 days, five times increasing the chances of permanent cessation.

Under the slogan « Together, we quit in November », this national campaign invites smokers to take on the challenge of quitting cigarettes for 30 days. The goal is to quintuple the chances of permanent cessation.
Participants receive a free consultation with a specialist and a support kit including a 40-day program. Since the operation's launch, over 1.4 million people have successfully quit smoking. Tobacco remains the leading cause of preventable death in France, with nearly 75,000 deaths annually.
Registration for the No Smoking Month opened on October 1st and remains open throughout November. To participate, simply fill out the form available on the Tabac Info Service registration page. Once registered, a dedicated personal space becomes accessible.
Each participant can order a free smoking cessation aid kit from the No Smoking Month website. Shipped within 10 to 15 days, it includes the booklet 'I prepare myself', the diary '30 days to quit smoking', the card 'Stress won't pass through me', and the wheel 'I calculate my savings'. This kit can also be collected from partner pharmacies.
Additionally, smoking cessation advisors can be reached at 39 89 (free service, excluding call costs) for personalized support. Tabac Info Service also offers a dedicated mobile application to track consumption, measure health benefits and savings, and receive practical advice to manage cigarette cravings and prevent relapse.
