The two existing indoor courts will be renovated, along with the club-house. Concurrently, a third indoor court will be built, thereby enhancing the sports offering and practice opportunities for Montgeron players.
The existing hall will receive a new double-skin roof with thermal insulation. Its glued laminated timber frame will be reinforced and adapted, while the exterior cladding will be replaced. The club-house will also undergo renovation.
Adjacent to it, the new court will be housed in a hall with a metal frame, equipped with insulating roofing and metal cladding. Its sports flooring, specifically designed for tennis, will also be installed on the two existing courts.
