From Saturday, October 3 to Saturday, October 10, 2026, Bois-Colombes is organizing its Blue Week, a national initiative aimed at celebrating retirees and the elderly. The town offers a range of activities and workshops designed for well-being and social connection.
The program begins on Saturday, October 3 with a "Green City Walk – Iconic Artworks #2", led by the association CITYGEM, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Registrations are handled by the CCAS.
The week continues with several workshops at the Résidence André Chénier (19, rue André Chénier). On Monday, October 5, a memory workshop is offered from 3 PM to 5 PM. On Tuesday, October 6, two workshops are scheduled: a "homemade and eco-responsible dish soap" workshop with the Public Water Service Sénéo (10 AM-12 PM), followed by a nutrition workshop (2 PM-5 PM).
Activities on Wednesday, October 7 include a Nordic walking session at the Parc de Sceaux (9 AM-1 PM) and a relaxation through singing workshop at the Résidence André Chénier (3 PM-5 PM). On Thursday, October 8, prevention is highlighted with a road safety workshop with VIGI2ROUES at the Espace Duflos (79, rue Charles-Duflos) from 9 AM to 12 PM, and a Mém’HOP activity at the Complexe sportif Charles-Coste (35 Av. du Révérend Père Corentin Cloarec) from 2 PM to 3 PM.
The week concludes with a gentle gym activity at the Résidence André Chénier on Friday, October 9 (10 AM-12 PM), followed on Saturday, October 10 by a leisurely walk north of Bois-Colombes led by the CityGem Association (9:30 AM-12:30 PM). A memory and games workshop is also offered at the Médiathèque Jean-Monnet from 3 PM to 5 PM.
