On October 16, 2026, the Mayor of Courbevoie, accompanied by Stéphanie Soares, Deputy Mayor, officially signed the city's adherence to the Central Urban Seine Water, Green & Blue Network, and Climate Contract.

This contract, valid for the period 2026-2030, aims to facilitate access to certain subsidies and support engineering for cities undertaking water resource preservation projects.
Continuing its ongoing efforts, the city of Courbevoie is de-sealing surfaces to allow water infiltration, creating urban heat islands, promoting biodiversity, and encouraging water-saving practices and water sobriety.
This new contractual tool will enable more effective action against climate change and improve the quality of life in the city.
