The town of Fontenay-aux-Roses is celebrating Blue Week with events dedicated to seniors' well-being, parenthood, and mental health.

From October 9 to 16, 2026, Fontenay-aux-Roses will highlight its seniors and intergenerational solidarity through the Blue Week. This initiative aims to value the role and contribution of seniors in society.
As part of this week, an exchange session is scheduled for Friday, October 9, from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM, at the Salle Sainte-Barbe. Health and family support professionals will share practical advice to help parents manage the mental load associated with their daily lives.
On Friday, October 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM, also at the Salle Sainte-Barbe, members of the Mutual Support Group (GEM) L’Éclaircie will present their play, "Auprès de mon arbre". This creation, the result of several months of work with their oral expression workshop facilitator, showcases the creativity and commitment of amateur actors, echoing the theme of SISM 2026.
Registration with the CCAS reception at 01 41 13 20 75 is strongly recommended for these events.
Fontenay-aux-Roses also has a Local Mental Health Council (CLSM). This coordination space works to inform about mental health, combat the stigmatization of people with mental disorders, facilitate the identification of complex individual situations, and foster common initiatives between professionals and partners in the area, while respecting confidentiality.
