The Saint-Cloud tunnel on the A13 will be closed in the Paris > Province direction from Monday, November 16, 2026, until Wednesday, September 1, 2027. This closure aims to reinforce the structure, built nearly a century ago, and to allow the passage of the tunnel boring machine for the future Line 15 West of the Grand Paris Express.

The route, used daily by nearly 80,000 vehicles, will have repercussions on the entire Île-de-France road network. Slowdowns are expected, particularly during peak hours, including on secondary routes.
To cope with this situation, it is recommended to prioritize public transport, carpooling, or teleworking when possible. A 50% reduction on the Montesson toll (A14) is offered to regular A13 users.
The reopening of the route is scheduled for the September 2027 back-to-school period, subject to the smooth progress of the construction site.
To follow traffic conditions, users can consult the Sytadin website, road information signs, or the Île-de-France Mobilités applications.
