Founded in 1986, Dynamic Sèvres has become a cornerstone of local sports life. The association welcomes 3,500 members each year, guided by 70 instructors, for a variety of leisure sports. Whether through year-long courses, one-off workshops, or holiday camps, everyone can train according to their desires and, above all, their pace.
Dynamic Sèvres offers a wide range of sports that adapt to new trends. Activities include: gym, dance, swimming, athletics, Nordic walking, climbing, rollerblading, parkour, as well as combat sports like English boxing, krav maga, and Thai boxing. President Vincent Sevaistre emphasizes the association's adaptability: "Whatever your level, age, or goal, you can join us. Our youngest member is 4 years old, our oldest is 92!" The focus is on recreational practice, sharing, and cohesion.
For those who prefer flexibility, monthly workshops are organized focusing on dance, yoga, or muscle strengthening. These workshops are open to both members and non-members. Upcoming dates include a hatha yoga workshop on Saturday, November 7th, and a workshop raising awareness about violence against women on Saturday, November 28th, both held at the Gymnase des Cent-Gardes. Registration is available on the association's website, subject to availability.
Dynamic Sèvres also offers camps and trips for children during school holidays, combining sports, theater, and science, or opening them up to new geographical and sporting horizons. The association also works with schools throughout the year with the same educational objective. The Pass’Sport allows members to combine multiple activities (weight training, cardio, group classes) flexibly and within budget. Registration for the Christmas multi-sport camps, scheduled from December 21st to 24th, will open in mid-November.
The association also undertakes civic missions in partnership with the town hall, such as the workshop raising awareness about violence against women.
