For this new term, the City is renewing its Local Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESEL). This consultative local democracy body allows its members to work on various themes aimed at improving the future of the City.
During their 6-year term, CESEL members can choose from different working themes proposed by the Municipality. In the previous term, several commissions worked on proposals to promote cycling in the city (creation of new bike lanes, parking, etc.), digital inclusion, major risks, and local advertising regulations.
Interested candidates must meet several conditions: be of legal age, be a resident of Chelles, and be registered on the electoral lists. Applications, including a CV and a short cover letter, should be sent via the MonEspaceChellois portal.
The application deadline is November 15, 2026.
