Under a radiant sun, the festive and family event brought together about ten local producers of fresh or artisanal products. Opened by Gilles Bord, mayor of Pontault-Combault and vice-president of the Agglomeration, and Colette Boissot, vice-president in charge of Sustainable Development, this edition emphasized tradition, freshness, and taste.
Visitors could discover a variety of products: seasonal vegetables offered by Les Vertueux or Les Jardins de Nausicaä, gastronomic specialties from Tendance Natur’Elle or Valcoop, honeys from the Lognot and Maurevert apiaries, chocolates from Alix, teas from OZ le thé, beers from the microbrewery Reboot, and arranged rums from Kevas.
In parallel, several partner stands offered exhibitions, conferences, and activities on topics such as dietary balance, waste valorization, the water cycle, or reuse.
The Agglomeration's services were also present to present territorial projects, including the Community Biodiversity Atlas and the Territorial Climate Air-Energy Plan. The Tourist Office, for its part, provided advice on outings and heritage in Paris - Vallée de la Marne.
