Ugo Pezzetta, president of the Coulommiers Pays de Brie agglomeration, attended the laying of the first stone for the 12 future TSF film sets. The event was held in the presence of Franck Riester, former Minister and mayor of Coulommiers, Thierry de Segonzac, CEO of TSF, Jean-François Parigi, president of the Department, Patricia Lemoine, Deputy for the 5th constituency of Seine-et-Marne, Pierre Ory, prefect of Seine-et-Marne, along with numerous elected officials and local stakeholders.
The agglomeration's commitment enabled TSF's establishment, seen as a significant opportunity for the territory. This project is expected to create thousands of direct and indirect jobs, thereby increasing purchasing power and improving the quality of life for residents who will be able to work closer to home.
Substantial economic benefits are anticipated for the local economy, strengthening the dynamic for attracting and supporting new businesses. The project also represents a formidable lever for attractiveness, hosting France's first backlot with its iconic Paris sets, and positioning itself as one of Europe's most ambitious film projects.
Ugo Pezzetta emphasized that the territory possesses many assets and deserves to be more in the spotlight, 'not just from cinema studios!'
