The morning began with a round table discussion on transitions and territorial dynamics, bringing together Arnaud Laimé, president of University Paris 8, Stéphane Troussel, president of the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis, Nathalie Charnaux, president of Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, and Pierre-Paul Zalio, president of Campus Condorcet.
This agreement establishes several key objectives: supporting the integration of the 'Science with and for Society' (SAPS) program within the Seine-Saint-Denis territory, strengthening the international influence of the University and the region, supporting actions for training and university life, fostering spaces for artistic and cultural expression and creation, and working towards ambitious social and environmental responsibility.
By sealing this strategic partnership, the University and the Department reaffirm their shared commitment to making research, education, and creation key drivers of local development. Through these areas of work, this framework agreement lays the foundation for stronger territorial anchoring, focused on transitions and the influence of Seine-Saint-Denis.
