The university's back-to-school season is marked by the return of the Grand 8 festival, which is celebrating its 11th edition this year. The event will be held on Thursday, September 24, and Friday, September 25, 2026, on the Saint-Denis campus.
Under the theme of connection and creating a shared world, the festival aims to be inclusive, supportive, and engaged. It will highlight topics such as access to rights, solidarity, and active citizenship. This edition also falls within the framework of the Mediterranean Season 2026, celebrating the cultural diversity of the Mediterranean basin.
The program includes two days of concerts, workshops, societal debates, and cultural and sporting events. Admission is free and open to all. An additional 'off-site' day is scheduled for September 26 in Saint-Denis for the presentation of the Engagement Prize.
