The City of Villepinte invites parents and their young children to free yoga sessions, designed to foster relaxation, connection, and discovery.

The municipality of Villepinte is offering yoga sessions specifically designed for parents and their children aged 18 months to 3 years. These sessions aim to provide a special time for relaxation, bonding, and discovery in a friendly environment.
The program includes small games, yoga movements, and adapted exercises. Special attention is given to fathers, although all parents are welcome.
Sessions will take place from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM on Wednesdays from October to December, in the meeting room of the media library, located at the Joseph Kessel Cultural Center.
