The Town of Louvres is holding a day of awareness and prevention dedicated to the human papillomavirus (HPV). The event will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 10 AM to 7 PM, at the Espace Bois des Marlots.
The program for this day will focus on HPV vaccination, available for girls and boys, women and men aged 11 to 26. In parallel, cervical cancer screening will be offered to eligible individuals aged 25 to 65, through Pap tests or HPV tests.
Health professionals will also be present to interact with the public, offer advice, and answer questions. Admission is free, and appointments are not always required.
Preventing today means better protecting tomorrow.
