Blue Week, an annual highlight dedicated to seniors, will take place in Sarcelles from Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 9, 2026. Organized by the City and the CCAS, this 5th edition aims to promote healthy aging, combat isolation, and foster strong intergenerational bonds.
The program offers a variety of activities tailored for seniors, including Sport and Well-being workshops to maintain fitness and mobility, Creative workshops for manual and artistic expression, Conferences and Exchanges focused on information and prevention, Walks and Citizenship for friendly outings, and musical Culture and Festivities animations.
Key moments include the official opening ceremony on Monday, October 5th in the morning. This will be followed by an intergenerational multisensory motor skills workshop, a special moment of sharing with younger children, and an balance workshop. A "Clean Walker" action is also planned, inviting participants to join children for a useful walk to care for the local environment.
This event is the result of remarkable teamwork involving the City of Sarcelles, the CCAS, local associations, and municipal services. Residents are invited to participate in the activities, forge new friendships, and share memorable experiences.
