On the occasion of the commemoration of the Armistice of November 11, 1918, the Town of Bailly invites residents to gather to pay tribute to the soldiers who died for France. The program for the commemorative morning will unfold in several stages.
Starting at 9 a.m., a mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Sulpice church (2 Grand Rue). At 10 a.m., a gathering will take place at the Monument aux morts (Grand Rue) for a wreath-laying ceremony.
Following this gathering, another wreath-laying will take place at the military square of the cemetery (24 rue de Noisy).
A moment of conviviality is planned to conclude the morning. It will be held at the Gérard Laureau hall (47 bis Grand Rue), offering participants a space for exchange.
The town emphasizes the importance of this act of remembrance, which allows the values of peace, freedom, and solidarity to be passed on to younger generations. All residents are encouraged to participate in this tribute.
