The City of Verneuil-sur-Seine has created four neighborhood committees to involve residents in local decisions, with elected representatives for each sector.

Eager to involve residents in local decisions and empower the people of Verneuil, the City has established 4 neighborhood committees. The new neighborhood map was presented at the municipal council meeting on October 8, 2026.
Represented by a dedicated elected official, as well as the Mayor and the official in charge of neighborhood life, these committees aim to take action for the neighborhoods and address all related issues: living environment, traffic and parking, signage, public lighting, security, urban planning projects, road works, events, aid to individuals, etc.
Residents are invited to attend the neighborhood committee meetings and meet their representatives. Here is the list of representatives by neighborhood:
WEST VERNEUIL NEIGHBORHOOD
Representative: Amelle Laaribi
BRIQUES ROUGES NEIGHBORHOOD
Representative: Éric Billon
HAUTS DE VERNEUIL NEIGHBORHOOD
Representative: Corine Massieux
TOWN CENTER NEIGHBORHOOD
Representative: Claudy Montagne
