The town of Étampes carried out a new pothole repair operation in October, using 10 tons of asphalt to address road damage.

The town of Étampes is continuing its efforts to improve residents' quality of life. During October, municipal services conducted a new operation to combat "potholes".
This fourth intervention, initiated by Mayor Gilles Bayart, follows previous operations carried out in various neighborhoods of the commune. Approximately 10 tons of asphalt were used to repair the road surface damage. A fifth operation is already planned before the year-end holidays.
In parallel, the municipality has carried out gravelling work on Reverseleux street. This technique aims to reduce disturbances for residents by sealing cracks in the road, thereby preventing water infiltration and the formation of new potholes. The two layers of gravel also improve road handling and braking, especially in winter.
This decision was made following a public meeting held on October 12th, in consultation with residents, as part of the renovation of Reverseleux street.
