VSEs and SMEs can access numerous financial aids for their development in Île-de-France. Despite their variety, these schemes often remain unknown. This article outlines the main grants and loans available to optimize funding opportunities, whether for business creation or growth phases.
Key among these aids are the regional grants PM'up and TP'up, which can cover up to 50% of investments. For innovative projects, Innov'up offers up to 3 million euros. Additionally, zero-interest honor loans are available for business creation and acquisition.
The PM'up grant is for companies with 5 to 250 employees, a maximum turnover of 50 million euros, and can reach €250,000, or even €375,000 in economic reconquest zones, provided projects have a societal, environmental, or ecological impact.
For VSEs with fewer than 10 employees, the TP'up grant can provide up to €55,000, or €82,500 in priority zones. Companies must be at least one year old with a closed fiscal year to be eligible.
The Innov'up scheme, managed by BPI France and the Île-de-France region, supports innovative projects with a budget of up to 3 million euros. This aid includes grants (up to €500,000) and repayable advances, accessible to VSEs, SMEs, and ETIs, focusing on areas like Deeptech, AI, robotics, and biotechnology.
Honor loans, notably offered by Initiative Essonne, provide zero-interest financial support. They can amount to €25,000 for creation and €70,000 for acquisition or development, facilitating bank loan acquisition by sharing risk.
The BPI France growth loan is for expanding companies, offering €50,000 to €5 million over 3 to 7 years, with a 24-month capital repayment deferral. It requires no collateral on assets or the director's personal wealth.
Certain sectors, such as services (bars, restaurants), import-export without transformation, and live performance, are excluded from these regional grants. It is advisable to check specific eligibility criteria and explore other available aids for these activities.
Awareness of available financial aids is crucial for business leaders to optimize investments and strategic decisions. Information on these schemes can positively influence companies' investment choices.
