Following discussions held during street and neighborhood meetings, the municipality of Lardy invites residents to a new update on improving traffic and parking. The meeting will take place on Friday, October 16th at 8 PM at the Salle Cassin, located on René Cassin street.
The agenda for this evening includes the presentation of planned developments based on feedback from residents and users, followed by a direct and constructive exchange between elected officials and inhabitants. The aim is to involve the residents of Lardy in decisions affecting their daily lives, by proposing a new participatory governance method.
“"We want to involve the residents of Lardy in decisions that affect their daily lives. We are proposing a new method of governance: involving residents in projects and decisions, from the development of their street to the town's major projects."
The municipality reminds that local democracy in Lardy is active year-round through various initiatives: street meetings and targeted consultations on the traffic plan, participatory neighborhood meetings, citizen votes for major town projects, and "Elected Officials Listening to You" encounters. These encounters take place at the Bourg market on the last Friday of the month, in front of Intermarché, during events, or by appointment by contacting 01 69 27 14 00 or maire@ville-lardy.fr.
All information and the complete calendar are available on the town's website.
