The Linas Municipal Council met on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 8 PM in the Salle de la Lampe. The agenda included the approval of the minutes from the June 25, 2026 session, municipal decisions n°07-2026 to 10-2026, and the table of Declarations of Intent to Sell (DIA).
Under General Affairs, the regulations for the Call for Tenders Commission (CAO) were approved. Reports from the regional audit chamber of Île-de-France concerning the CPS (Paris-Saclay Agglomeration Community) were presented, along with the approval of the financial participation agreement for the shuttle service.
Regarding Human Resources, the terms for elected officials' right to training were determined. In terms of Finances, Modification Decision n°1 – City Budget was adopted, and the municipal School Fund of Linas was reactivated.
Urban Planning was a significant focus, with discussions on opposing the transfer of PLU-I competence to the CPS, classifying plots into communal public domain, a servitude agreement with ENEDIS for a transformer station, and the exercise of urban pre-emption rights on several plots. The environmental protection registration request (ICPE) from Société AUTO 120 was also addressed.
In the Cultural sphere, agreements for the use of municipal premises by local associations were renewed.
Finally, under Miscellaneous, the 2024 and 2025 reports on the price and quality of public service (RPQS) for waste prevention and management were presented. The session was broadcast live on the Mairie de Linas Facebook page, with a replay available on the City's YouTube channel.
