The city of Massy is launching a citizen consultation for the revision of its Local Urban Plan (PLU) through participatory workshops.

The Local Urban Plan, which governs the city's construction and development rules, is undergoing revision in Massy. This initiative aims to anticipate future challenges such as ecological transition, housing, commerce, quality of life, and population evolution. Active resident participation is considered essential to this process.
Following the public meeting in June, the municipality is organizing citizen workshops. These sessions, designed to be fun and collective, will allow residents to share their daily experiences and react to the proposed orientations for the city's future. The ideas gathered will feed into the Sustainable Development and Planning Project (PADD), the core of the future PLU.
Two sessions are scheduled at the Espace Liberté: on Wednesday, October 14 at 7:30 PM and Saturday, November 14 at 10 AM. Citizens can also submit their comments and questions via email to revisionplu@mairie-massy.fr or through the dedicated online platform: jeparticipe.ville-massy.fr.
