By municipal order N°2026-109 dated September 24, 2026, the City of Montlhéry has decided to temporarily regulate traffic to ensure the safety of participants and users during the 'Octobre Rose' Urban Trail. This event is organized in partnership with the League against Cancer.
The race will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 8 AM to 1 PM. The start and finish will be at the Parc de la Souche. Runners will follow a route through several town streets, including Place de la Souche, Rue aux Chats, Rue Notre Dame, Grande Rue, Rue de la Chapelle, Place de la Paix, Boulevard Mouchy (sidewalk), Boulevard du Téméraire, Place Stetten, Rue des Processions, Chemin des Processions, Rue Alexandre Prou, Parc de la Tour, Rue de la Poterne, Rue Gauché Laurée, Grande Rue, and Rue Blanche de Castille.
To ensure safety, traffic will be interrupted on the roads used by the race from 9 AM to 1 PM, depending on the runners' progress. Traffic may be gradually restored. Users are advised to plan their journeys and respect the safety measures.
The 'Octobre Rose' Urban Trail is a running race organized as part of the day dedicated to breast cancer prevention. The City of Montlhéry thanks residents, motorists, cyclists, pedestrians, and participants for their understanding.
