To enhance the safety of children and pedestrians during school dismissal at the Centre elementary school, the Municipal Police will implement an experimental new traffic management system. This measure will be in effect from Monday, September 28th to Friday, October 2nd, inclusive.
During this period, the Sente des Vignes will be closed to vehicular traffic between 4 PM and 4:45 PM, with the exception of local residents. This closure will not apply on Wednesdays.
To facilitate everyone's movements, the municipality encourages parents to use downtown parking areas for their vehicles. Recommended options include the Parc des Tourelles, Places Edmond Vian and Cicéri, and the Sente des Sablons.
