The agenda for the session includes several important points for the municipality. Among them are information on decisions made by delegation, approval of the minutes from the June 29, 2026, municipal council meeting, and adherence to the group statutory insurance contract for the 2027-2030 period.
Other items on the agenda include modification of the staffing table, the Municipal Council's opinion on the environmental authorization request for the waste incineration capacity extension project by SERIVEL in Vert-Ie-Grand. The municipality is also considering the acquisition of a plot of land designated section AC n°384 located on the sentier de l’Ormeteau.
The renovation and extension project for the Ariane school group in Villabé will also be discussed, including the determination of the number of candidates admitted to the design competition, the amount of the prize, and the composition of the jury.
The meeting will also cover the Villabé Commune's adhesion as an associate member to the CPME of Essonne (CPME 91) and the approval of the objectives and means agreement. Additionally, the partnership agreement with SMOYS for a photovoltaic project on the roof of the 'Les Copains d’abord' leisure center will be addressed.
Finally, the Municipal Council will provide its opinion on the development project for the A6 motorway between the N104 Est and N37 interchanges, managed by APRR, concerning the declaration of public utility (DUP) dossier and the alignment with the Local Urban Plan (PLU). Modifications to the perimeter of the Majorized Development Tax (TAM) will also be on the agenda.
