The Jacques-Prévert Social Center hosts a job fair focused on professional integration, offering 15 company and structure stands dedicated to assisting individuals distant from employment.

Located at the CSC Jacques-Prévert, fifteen stands from companies and integration structures will offer opportunities in construction, urban cleaning, collective catering, as well as driver and warehouse worker positions. This forum is part of the neighborhood's urban renovation project, which includes social integration clauses coordinated by VS2E. The contracts awarded to construction companies require them to reserve a quota of working hours for people distant from employment, aiming for 75,720 integration hours by 2030. Among the expected exhibitors are the Bir Travaux Publics group, which has opened its own training center for its apprenticeship contracts, Bouygues Construction, the association Initiative Emploi, Rebond ETTI Bagneux, and the integration branch of Suez.
Social clauses are presented as 'a very concrete opportunity to return to work quickly, on a real mission,' without going through traditional recruitment. This mechanism obliges companies winning a public contract to reserve a portion of working hours for individuals facing difficulties accessing employment. Potential beneficiaries include young people under 26 without qualifications, those inactive for over six months, long-term unemployed individuals, people over 50, RSA recipients, disabled workers, residents of priority neighborhoods, or refugees. Employment access can take various forms: placement by an intermediary structure, direct hiring on a fixed-term or permanent contract, apprenticeship, or subcontracting to an integration organization. A VS2E 'facilitator' validates each candidate's eligibility and directs them to available missions.
As part of the Vallée Sud – Grand Paris Digital Days, VS2E is hosting two evenings at the Médiathèque Louis Aragon (2, avenue Gabriel Péri) to explore how artificial intelligence can transform job searching and business creation. On Tuesday, November 24th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the workshop 'AI and Employment. Boost Your Application!' will allow participants to have their CV audited by AI. On Tuesday, December 1st, during the same hours, the workshop 'AI and Business Creation' will demonstrate how AI can support entrepreneurial projects at every stage.
Beyond these events, VS2E offers workshops, consultations, and recruitment sessions throughout the year in Bagneux. The VS2E Local Mission office, located at 27 bis, rue Salvador Allende, welcomes residents from Monday to Friday with varied hours. Contact details are: emploi@valleesud.fr and 01 55 59 44 95.
In 2025, VS2E supported 888 residents of Bagneux, including 663 young people and 48 project leaders. 442 individuals found a positive outcome (employment, training, apprenticeship, work placement, or business creation), representing 57% of those assisted. For businesses, 115 employers were supported, processing 168 offers and proposing 180 positions. On the town's contracted projects, 40,232 integration hours were completed, with 32,178 hours by residents of Bagneux.
