From September 14 to 18, 2026, the Centre hospitalier Rives de Seine (CHRDS) highlighted patient care safety through various actions and events offered at its Courbevoie, Neuilly-sur-Seine, and Puteaux sites.
Focused on discovery, exchange, and sharing best practices, this week aimed to emphasize that patient care safety concerns everyone: patients, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.
The institution expressed its gratitude to all participants and partners, particularly the CPTS of Neuilly-sur-Seine and the DAC 92 Nord, for their enthusiasm and the richness of their exchanges, which made these events moments of sharing and awareness.
