The renewal project for the Clos Montholon neighborhood in Vanves, supported by Grand Paris Seine Ouest and the City, aims to strengthen links with the Grand Paris Express station.

The Hauts-de-Vanves neighborhood is undergoing transformation thanks to the Grand Paris Express project. Within this framework, Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO), in collaboration with the City of Vanves, is proposing a renewal project for the Clos Montholon neighborhood.
The main guidelines for this project are defined by the Clos Montholon planning and programming orientation (OAP), integrated into GPSO's Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi). This document sets the directives for the development of this specific area of the municipality.
Conceived as a new city entrance, the project aims to strengthen connections with the Grand Paris Express station and enhance its surroundings. It includes the construction of approximately 200 housing units, the establishment of local shops and service activities, while ensuring pedestrian permeability and preserving a green and tree-lined character.
A public consultation phase took place from June 10 to July 10, 2026. It allowed for informing residents about the project and gathering their feedback, an essential step to confirm its declaration of public utility (DUP).
An exhibition on the project was held from Wednesday, June 10, 2026, to Friday, July 10, 2026, at the administrative center of Vanves. A public meeting was also held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in the former premises of the provisional school of the Park, located at 51 rue de l'Avenir.
