The DRIEAT and DRIHL have released the Île-de-France building sector figures for Q2 2026, offering an overview of construction and renovation trends.

The building sector in Île-de-France now has a new quarterly monitoring tool. Initiated by the DRIEAT and the DRIHL, this report provides figures on new construction and renovation, covering both residential and professional premises.
This tool aims to offer a quarterly overview of recent developments and enhance the clarity of state actions in construction and renovation.
The data covers various aspects, including housing construction, non-residential building construction, renovation of individual and collective private housing stock, housing adaptation, the fight against substandard housing, and social housing renovation (Éco-PLS) as well as private housing renovation via the zero-interest Eco-Loan.
Previous editions of this report are also available, dating back to Q4 2022, with annual publications consolidating the year's graphics for 2024 and 2023.
