The results of the 2026 survey conducted by Sciences Po Carrières, which collected feedback from over 4,500 young graduates, confirm consistently strong professional integration. This data highlights the diverse career paths of the institution's alumni.
For the 2025 cohort, 57% of employed graduates found a job before even obtaining their degree. Professional experience, particularly through internships and apprenticeships, proves to be the main driver of integration, as 42% of young graduates secured their positions through these experiences.
Six months after graduation, the average gross annual salary, including bonuses, stands at €43,597 for employees in France and €48,194 internationally. After 30 months, these figures rise to €48,673 and €60,663 respectively, reflecting the value placed on acquired skills.
Job stability is also a strong point: 58% of graduates employed in France have permanent contracts (CDI) within six months, a rate that reaches 74% after 30 months.
The international dimension of careers is notable. Nearly a third of graduates begin their careers abroad, primarily in Europe (69%). Furthermore, 65% of graduates hold positions with an international scope.
Professional opportunities are diverse. Within six months, 54% of graduates work in the private sector, 26% in the public sector, 11% in NGOs or associations, and 10% in international organizations. Consulting and engineering, along with public service, remain the main employment sectors.
Job satisfaction is high: 81% of graduates report being satisfied or very satisfied with their employment. The majority believe their position matches their qualification level (84%) and their field of study (81%).
The attractiveness of the French job market is highlighted by the fact that 39% of international students choose to stay and work in France after graduation. Additionally, 81% of graduates regularly or occasionally use generative artificial intelligence in their roles.
Sciences Po will also host its open days for Bachelors on Saturday, November 28, 2026, and for Masters on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to present its programs and admission procedures.
