The Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Fontainebleau is launching a modification procedure for its Local Urban Plan (PLUi). Residents of Bois-le-Roi are invited to submit their proposals until November 15, 2026.

The Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Fontainebleau (CAPF) has initiated a procedure to modify its Local Urban Plan (PLUi). The decree from the President of the CAPF, mandating this modification, outlines the objectives and is available on the CAPF's website as well as the town's website.
The municipality of Bois-le-Roi wishes to use this process to gather requests and proposals from residents, particularly those made during the previous public inquiry. The aim is to allow every citizen to express themselves for a collaborative PLUi, fostering controlled development that respects the town's identity as a village within a forest.
Until November 15, 2026, requests and proposals can be sent to the town hall via email at plui@ville-boisleroi.fr. All received requests will be examined and analyzed for their feasibility, benefit to the town, urban and environmental impacts, and compatibility with the legal and regulatory framework.
This analysis will be conducted by a diverse working group, comprising elected officials from the majority and opposition, associations (particularly environmental ones), and, if necessary, experts.
