In Coupvray, the World Clean Up Day Village, set up in the heart of the Parc du Château, brought together around sixty participants, including residents, families, associations, and partners. The event focused on raising awareness about environmental issues, reducing waste, and adopting responsible daily habits.
This day also marked the launch of the eco-volunteers initiative with their first meeting, paving the way for future citizen actions to improve the living environment. Cleanup operations, stands, workshops, and activities punctuated the day, along with shows and a raffle.
Among the volunteers were young people from the Espace Jeunesse and the association of young Cupressiens, who actively participated in this cleanup operation. The event thanked Val d’Europe Agglomération, the associations, partners, volunteers, and all participants for their mobilization.
