Chef Justine Piluso, known to the public from her participation in Top Chef, will be the guest of honor at the 7th edition of the Autumn Fair. She will host a culinary demonstration on Saturday, October 3rd at 3:30 PM at the JJ Barbaux Community Farm.

Born in 1992 in Seine-Saint-Denis, Justine Piluso grew up in a family where cooking played a central role. After studying at the Jean Drouant school in Paris and then at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, she honed her skills in France and Italy, notably at Gérald Passédat's Petit Nice in Marseille and in Verona.
Back in Paris, she and her husband Camille opened Le Cappiello in the 15th arrondissement, which quickly found success with its generous and accessible cuisine. Her participation in Top Chef in 2020 introduced her to a wider audience and paved the way for numerous media and culinary projects.
Today, Justine Piluso defines herself as a consulting chef, a nomadic chef, and a chef for everyone. She advises professionals, develops ephemeral restaurants, and dedicates significant time to culinary transmission through recipes, courses, and masterclasses. In 2024, she opened 15 Porte de Droite, a table d'hôtes offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
At this 7th edition of the Autumn Fair, Justine Piluso will share her expertise during a free culinary demonstration open to all. This event promises a convivial moment to discover her techniques and approach to cooking.
