To encourage soft mobility, Val d’Europe Agglomération is expanding its cycle route network. New developments are planned in Serris, Magny le Hongre, and Saint-Germain-sur-Morin, extending until the end of the first half of 2027.
In Serris, two cycle links are being developed to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists. A greenway of approximately 1.4 km will connect the Lac des Gassets area to the RD 406. Additionally, a 100-meter section will extend the existing greenway north of La Méridienne, near the Val d’Europe shopping center access roundabout. These works are expected to take 15 days, starting Monday, October 19, 2026.
In Magny le Hongre, a cycle lane of about 400 meters will be developed along the RD 93, between Rue des Lanvaux and Rue des Grouettes. This will complement the Saint Maur path, completed last summer in Montry. Construction will commence on Monday, November 2, 2026, and last for three weeks. Caution is advised around the construction sites.
In Saint-Germain-sur-Morin, works are also scheduled for January 2027, with a detailed timeline to be announced later.
These developments are carried out and financed by Val d’Europe Agglomération, with financial support from the Région Île-de-France.
