The Town of Lizy-sur-Ourcq is offering a commercial space of approximately 33 sqm located at 43 rue Jean Jaurès, in the heart of the town center. The municipality is launching a call for applications to support local businesses.

The space, approximately 33 sqm with a mezzanine, features a large glazed ground floor with direct street access. It is equipped with PMR-compliant toilets and a sink. Heating is electric, and the building has energy class E and greenhouse gas class B (DPE). The premises are vacant and available immediately.
Rental conditions include a rent of €420 HT per month, excluding charges, subject to annual revision, and a security deposit of one month's rent. A temporary lease (3 years maximum) will be offered. Charges, local taxes, and consumption (electricity, water) will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The municipality is seeking activities such as retail, crafts, local services, well-being, or liberal professions. All proposals will be considered, provided they are compatible with the space and the building's co-ownership regulations. Catering, as well as noisy or odorous activities, are excluded.
Interested candidates can collect the application form at the town hall or download it from the Town's website. Applicants are requested to submit a project presentation (1 page) and, if possible, a simplified financial forecast. Applications should be submitted at the town hall reception or by email to secretariat@lizy-sur-ourcq.com. The application deadline is Friday, November 27, 2026. For site visits by appointment, please call 01 60 01 70 35.
Applications will be evaluated based on project viability, suitability for the premises, and contribution to the commercial diversity of the town center. The municipality reserves the right not to proceed and candidates may be invited to present their project. The future operator will be responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations for their activity.
