Neighborhood Councils play a key role in citizen participation, enabling residents to propose initiatives aimed at improving daily life and contributing to the collective good. These bodies operate under principles of political neutrality and mutual respect.
To be eligible, candidates must be 16 years of age or older and reside, study, or work in the relevant neighborhood. Members serve on a voluntary basis. Applications are open for the city's four sectors: Centre-Ville, Mont-Saint-Martin, Hauteurs du Loing, and Châtelet-Beauregard.
