The City of Provins is expanding the perimeter of the Fête de la Niflette, taking place on November 11, 2026, for Saint-Martin's Day, featuring over 150 exhibitors and numerous activities.

This year, the City of Provins is organizing, on November 11, 2026, for Saint-Martin's Day, an event with an enlarged perimeter for the Fête de la Niflette! Discover over 150 exhibitors, from Place Saint-Ayoul to Rue de la Cordonnerie, Rue de la Friperie, and Rue Hugues le Grand, and along Avenue Alain Peyrefitte up to Place du 29e Dragon: crafts, local produce, gastronomy, home decor, and entertainment for the whole family!
Throughout the day, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, the Niflette Village will offer continuous workshops and demonstrations by Provins bakers, with the support of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts Île-de-France – Seine-et-Marne and the confraternity of Brie de Meaux. All children will be able to make a niflette. A large market with over 150 exhibitors will feature crafts, local produce, and home decor.
Musical entertainment will be provided by Lazcar Volcano and La Fafara – Fissa Papa. At 2:30 PM, the official ceremony of the Festival will take place. From 9:30 AM to 6 PM, there will be even more activities for the whole family: the Accrotour, the Accrovoile, and the Belle Roue!
Children can try climbing the Accrotour, an 11-meter-high medieval siege tower (free, ages 5+). The Accrovoile allows little sailors to climb an 8-meter-high Three-Master mast safely (free, ages 5+). The Belle Roue, a fun ecological wooden wheel, requires participants to contribute muscle power to make it turn.
