The CAPM has launched an investigation among the residents of Quincy-Voisins as part of the gradual implementation of eco-responsible pricing, known as TECO. This initiative aims to gather essential information to tailor the service to individual needs.
Investigators mandated by the CAPM will visit each household. Their primary mission will be to update information pertaining to each household, assess the necessary bin volumes based on specific needs, and provide clear answers to any questions residents may have regarding TECO.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to prepare and support residents in transitioning to this new pricing system, aiming for a smooth implementation.
