The upcoming arrival of Line 16 of the Grand Paris Express marks a new phase for Aulnay-sous-Bois. The areas around the future station, such as Fosse à la Barbière, the northern edge of Mardelles, Garenne, boulevard Georges Braque, and the carrefour de l’Europe, are set to evolve as part of the Val Francilia operation. Following an initial consultation in 2025 focusing on InnovVal and the former PSA site, discussions now center on the new station district.
This consultation aims to gather the needs, expectations, and points of vigilance from residents, neighbors, employees, businesses, associations, and users. Discussions will cover mobility and access to the station (pedestrians, cyclists, buses, public transport, car traffic), the life of the district (housing, shops, services, facilities, social spaces), economic activities, and quality of life (urban nature, public spaces, building integration).
Several events are scheduled: a public launch meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, thematic workshops on October 20, November 12, and November 26, 2026, as well as urban walks on November 7 and November 14, 2026. A closing public meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2026. All these events will take place at the Espace Jules Verne.
The consultation dossier will be available online and in paper format from October 14 to December 16, 2026 at the Centre Administratif d’Aulnay-sous-Bois (16 boulevard Félix Faure) and at Paris Terres d’Envol (ZA Paris Nord 2, Villepinte). An information exhibition will also be presented at the Espace Jules Verne during the same period.
