The City of Épinay-sur-Seine is launching a call for residents to host new artistic and professional projects at Les Labos Éclair, a creative hub located in the heart of the town. Applications are open until Monday, November 9, 2026.

Artists, artisans, creators, or professionals in cinema and image are invited to apply to join this unique venue. Formerly an industrial wasteland, Les Labos Éclair aims to support creation, enhance the site's cinematic identity, and foster exchanges between residents and inhabitants.
Several spaces, ranging from 7.5 to 135 m², are available for rent. These areas, located on the ground floor and upper floors, feature natural light, windows, or direct outdoor access depending on the space. Joining Les Labos Éclair means becoming part of a community of professionals and participating in the life and animation of this singular place.
The rent is set at €13.50 per m² per month, for a one-year agreement. Services included are electricity, heating, and Internet connection. Interior modifications are the responsibility of the resident and subject to the City's approval. A visit to the premises is mandatory to apply for a space.
The application timeline runs from October 19 to November 9, 2026, for submitting applications. Space visits are scheduled for November 16 and 17, by registration only. Interviews with candidates will take place on November 23 and 24, with occupancy of the premises beginning on December 1, 2026.
To apply, you must register for a site visit to discover the available spaces and prepare your application to develop your artistic or professional activity at Les Labos Éclair.
