After opening its first store a year and a half ago in Saint-Denis, Fix & Go is continuing its expansion and has now opened in Épinay-sur-Seine. Inaugurated in mid-September, this new business specializes in the repair of bicycles, both electric and classic, as well as electric scooters.
The shop offers services such as tune-ups, tire or brake changes, and general maintenance. Repairs are carried out without appointments, with a simple goal: to allow customers to retrieve their vehicle the same day. « We try to do most repairs on the same day. When we need to order a part, the delay is generally 24 to 48 hours », explains the manager, Sena Adjovi.
Beyond simple repairs, Fix and Go aims to make the maintenance of light mobility vehicles more accessible. « Our mission is to democratize the repair of electric bikes and scooters to extend their lifespan and contribute to a greener future », emphasizes Sena Adjovi.
The store, which currently employs one technician and one salesperson, also offers a selection of accessories such as helmets, vests, locks, and phone holders. For bicycles, the brand notably sells electric bikes and cargo bikes manufactured in France, in the Ardennes region. « We have chosen to work exclusively with bikes made in France », specifies the manager. The first models are offered starting from €1,000.
To assist customers with their purchase projects, Fix & Go also provides a paid service to help with the procedures for obtaining subsidies related to bike acquisition. The store also plans to offer used electric scooters in the near future.
