The City of Livry-Gargan has unveiled the 10 winning projects of its 2026 participatory budget, chosen by residents after a proposal submission and voting phase. These projects, aimed at improving citizens' daily lives, will be funded by the municipality.

The participatory budget allows residents to propose projects to improve their daily lives, funded by a portion of the City's investment budget. Public space developments, environment, social welfare, sports, culture, or mobility: ideas can cover numerous fields.
In February and March, Livry residents were able to submit their proposals online. In the spring, municipal services reviewed the projects to verify their technical and financial feasibility, as well as compliance with defined criteria, particularly the general interest.
During the summer, residents then voted for the selected projects. It is now time to unveil the 10 winning projects of the 2026 participatory budget: the installation of school supply donation boxes in the Poudrerie neighborhood and the implementation of a safe synthetic surface at the Parc Bérégovoy stadium. These projects will be carried out by the city as soon as possible.
This edition saw 38 contributions submitted by residents, leading to 14 projects put to a vote. A total of 357 participants were mobilized, casting 628 votes to select these 10 winning projects.
The City thanks all those who participated in this edition and contributed to bringing projects to life for the municipality.
