Residents of Val-de-Marne are invited to collect their fruit tree (cherry, apple, pear, fig, and plum trees) at Place de l’Europe, opposite the Alain-Poher Cultural Center, in Ablon-sur-Seine. This event is part of the 50,000 trees plan.
To adopt a tree, participants must register online via a dedicated form to reserve their time slot. The sapling will be given in exchange for signing a commitment agreement, obligating the signatory to plant the tree in the ground and provide the necessary care for its development.
For unregistered individuals, a limited number of trees will also be available on-site, while stocks last. As the saplings can measure around 300 cm, it is advisable to arrange for suitable transportation. Gardeners will be present to assist with tree selection and offer planting advice.
