The Town Hall of Chevilly-Larue, in collaboration with CAUE 94 (Council for Architecture, Urbanism, and Environment), is providing municipal aid for loft insulation. This initiative aims to assist residents of Chevilly-Larue in the energy renovation of their homes.
Raynald Houllier, a homeowner who benefited from this aid in 2023 for his loft insulation and facade renovation project, shared his positive experience. He had approached the Energy Agency of Val-de-Marne for his project.
Through the Infos Énergie support sessions organized by the town, Mr. Houllier received assistance in preparing his application. Following the completion of the work, agents from CAUE verified the conformity of the insulation. He subsequently received a financial aid of €1,500, the maximum amount available.
This municipal aid can be combined with other existing schemes, such as MaPrimeRénov’ or energy saving certificates, thus offering additional financial support to homeowners undertaking energy renovation projects.
