For the Fête de la Science, the IUT of Créteil-Vitry is offering an immersive experience focused on food, on Thursday, October 8th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Participatory activities and demonstrations will engage the senses, revealing the secrets of microorganisms, odors, molecular cuisine, and food analysis technologies.
Through discussions, attendees will discover the challenges related to our daily diet, including economy, health, consumption, and the environment.
Admission is free and open to individuals aged 15 and over.
