Organized by the City in partnership with France Travail, the Mission Locale, and the Gosb, this fair aims to connect recruiters and candidates. The City itself, one of the main employers in the area, will offer 40 positions, some accessible without a diploma.
Companies such as Sanofi, RATP, E.Leclerc stores, and groups like Vinci and JCDecaux will also be present to showcase their opportunities. Participants can submit and have their CVs corrected on-site. Childcare services (0-3 years) will be available to facilitate participation for young parents.
This edition will highlight local public service professions, including early childhood education, education, municipal police, regulatory affairs, IT, and health. Vanessa Épée Épée, head of Recruitment, Training, and Mobility, emphasizes the event's importance for networking, noting that 'one in two job offers comes through the city'.
A new feature this year is the immersion program offered to candidates: a three-to-five-day period within a municipal department to gain concrete work experience. This initiative aims to help participants better envision their professional future.
A special focus will be placed on the roles of Assistants for Students with Disabilities (AESH) and Leisure Center Assistants (AVCL). Amandine Petitsigne, coordinator for children and families in the Education department, will explain the recruitment conditions for these positions, which are often part-time, combinable, and offer a sense of purpose and daily utility.
The association Merveilleusement bien will host two interactive workshops: one on sophrology, stress management, and self-confidence, and another on colorimetry to boost participants' self-assurance.
