In 2022, CCPIF initiated a reflection on the rehabilitation of its administrative headquarters, located at rue du clos Prieur in Freneuse. This initiative addresses rising energy costs, accelerating ecological transition requirements, and the need for public spending control.
The current building exhibited insufficient thermal performance, leading to high energy consumption and increasing operational costs. The project aims for an ambitious thermal renovation to sustainably improve the building's energy performance, reduce consumption, enhance user comfort, and optimize public reception.
This operation aligns with the orientations of the intercommunal entity's Climate Plan and national objectives for energy sobriety and decarbonization of public assets. The planned renovation thus meets a dual requirement: to sustainably improve the headquarters' energy performance and to provide the intercommunal entity with a more functional, accessible, and environmentally exemplary public facility.
