Recognizing the importance of roads for residents, the Department of Yvelines has established a new information service: Allô Routes 78. This unique number, accessible at 01 39 07 58 35, aims to guide Yvelines residents to the appropriate contacts based on their query and the type of road concerned (national, departmental, or municipal). Its purpose is to facilitate connections and provide clear information, rather than directly dispatching interventions.
This service complements the existing offerings of the departmental contact center, which handled 317,524 calls in 2025. The Department's User Relations Directorate is committed to continuously improving territorial public services. Allô Routes 78, created in May 2017 and enhanced in October 2026, is part of this quality-focused approach and commitment to listening to citizens' needs.
Travel conditions and comfort on the roads are major concerns for users. The Department, responsible for improving routes between municipalities and facilitating access to key employment and service hubs, is taking a new step in road information. Queries directly related to a departmental road or project can now be directed to the competent services of the Department or Seine et Yvelines Voirie.
Like other 'Allô' numbers, Allô Routes 78 is accessible to deaf, hard-of-hearing, or elderly individuals through the ACCEO solution, highlighting the Department's commitment to universal public service accessibility.
The Department manages a network of 1,600 kilometers of roads in the Yvelines. To ensure the best possible year-round circulation conditions, it maintains, secures, and modernizes this network with its operator, Seine et Yvelines Voirie. New practices are also being adopted to design more environmentally friendly roads.
The 'Allô' telephone contact points are open from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. In addition to Allô Routes 78, residents can contact Allô Solidarités (01 30 836 836), Allô PMI (01 30 836 100), Allô Centres de santé sexuelle (01 30 836 121), Allô Autonomie (0 801 801 100), and the Departmental Switchboard (01 39 07 78 78).
